Plan a fit call

Workflow automation & connected systems

Automate the work between your business systems.

Stop moving the same information by hand. We connect the tools you use and build clear workflows for orders, documents, reports, and follow-up.

Talk through your workflow

For teams whose work crosses email, spreadsheets, accounting, commerce, and internal tools, with a person filling every gap.

Where this helps

Start where the copying repeats.

Store to back office

Move orders and status updates between commerce, accounting, inventory, and shipping tools. Define which system owns each record.

Requests to ready work

Organize incoming documents, identify missing details, and prepare information for quoting, approval, or a production handoff.

Data to useful answers

Collect recurring reports and make approved business information easier to find. Use AI where interpretation helps, with checks against the source.

The method in practice

A workflow with an owner at each step

  1. Step 01

    Capture

Receive a request, order, or document from a named source.

  2. Step 02

    Check

Validate required information and flag anything that needs a person's attention.

  3. Step 03

    Route

Send the right information to the next system or responsible person.

  4. Step 04

    Confirm

Record what happened and surface failures so work cannot quietly disappear.

A useful first step

Fix one workflow first.

Bring a recent example of the task. After a fit call, we scope an assessment or a small pilot with a clear acceptance test. The first build should solve a problem your team can name.

The starting scope

  • Current process and effort baseline
  • Named systems, access needs, and exception paths
  • A scoped build, test, and handover

Before we start

Questions worth asking.

Does every automation need AI?

No. Clear rules and direct integrations often solve the problem. We use AI when the task benefits from interpreting text or documents, and define how the output will be checked.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Often we can connect what you already run. We first check the available interfaces, access, and data quality. If a tool cannot support the required connection, we explain the options before building.

What happens when something fails?

We define how failures are recorded, who reviews exceptions, and when a retry is safe. Testing includes failed inputs and interrupted connections, not just the happy path.

How do we measure the result?

We agree on a baseline and success criteria before building. Those might include manual steps, handling time, missing records, or turnaround time. We report against those criteria rather than promise a generic savings figure.
