A useful first step

No. We ask about experience before the session and set the starting level for the group. Everyone needs access to the agreed tool so they can practice rather than only watch.
We choose the tool with you based on the work and the accounts your team can use. We confirm the tool and any required subscriptions before booking.
No. Training is a standalone service. The goal is for your team to complete a useful task and check the result. Software work is a separate engagement if you later need it.
Participants complete an agreed task and explain how they checked the output. At follow-up, we review what they have used and where they are stuck. Attendance alone is not evidence of time saved.
